Prices
All prices at www.kidsofluxury.com are incl. Danish vat. If you order from a non-EU country the vat will be subtracted when going to checkout. However you will have to pay for the vat before receiving the package from UPS.
Shipping
Denmark: As a customer you pay for delivery when the total amount is smaller than EUR 67. The shipping cost is always EUR 5. If the amount is larger than EUR 67 the shipping is free.
EU country: As a customer you pay for delivery when the total amount is smaller than EUR 200 for the cost of EUR 18. If the amount is larger than EUR 200 the shipping is free.
Non-EU country: As a customer you pay for delivery when the total amount is smaller than EUR 200 for the cost of EUR 25. If the amount is larger than EUR 200 the shipping is free.
We ship the goods with UPS as packages, so they are covered by insurance and can be followed through the assigned packet number. NOTE If your package is being sent to a non-EU country you will have to pay for customs duty and vat before receiving your package. The rates vary but normally customs duty is 12-25% and vat is 25% of the total amount (order + shipping).

Denmark: 1-3 workingdays.
Worldwide 1-5 workingdays
The vast majority of goods are leaving our stock at the same day the order is placed.
Right of returns
You always have 14 days returning and right to withdraw on products bought at www.kidsofluxury.com. The products must be unused* and returned in original packaging. We recommend using a shipping method that includes some kind of insurance so you are covered if the package is lost or damaged. Please note that you pay the shipping cost of returning the products unless we are responsible. In that case e-mail or mail us the reciept from the shipping company and we will return the amount.
* Since we deal with clothes we understand that it must be tried on to se if it fits, so just be carefull with the goods and packing.
If you want to return the goods you as costumer pay for the shipping.
You can return the product to us by:
- Returning the unused product.
- Refusing to recieve the goods. UPS then returns the goods to Kids of Luxury ApS. The shipping is payed by the customer.
- Show up at our stock and return the goods.
If you wish to return the goods and want your money back the price will be refunded to you by a reversal to your bank or creditcard within 7 days after we receive the goods and verifie that it meets the
conditions of right of return.
Complaints
As a consumer in Denmark you have 24 months warranty, which means that if something comes up with your gods juring this period you can either get it repaired, replaced, get the money back or a refusal in price, depending on the individual situation. This only takes force that the claim is justified and for example is not due to incorrect use of the goods or other injurious behaviors.
You need to contact Kids of Luxury ApS within reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you contact us within 2 months the claim is always considered to be on time. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with returningthe goods when the claim is justified.
If you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent to us at our stock address. When you return the product please fill out the returning form that was sent to you with the package.
We strive on only to have happy and satisfied customers and will therefore encourage you to contact us if there are problems with the goods you purchased. We will contact you as soon as possible and at the latest 24 hours later.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase on www.kidsofluxury.com we collect name, address, telephone number and e-mail to process the given order. Kids of Luxury ApS is responsible for this data.
The information is stored for 5 years pursuant to the bookkeeping rules of retention of accounting material. Kids of Luxury ApS does not pass or resell the informations to third parties. As registered you always have the opportunity for insight and you can appeal against a record in relation to the rules of Personal Data.
Your information is securely stored with an external partner. Information about your payments are always encrypted and transmitted directly to PBS, which means that we never come into possession of your payment information.
